Domaine d'Hondrat is located in the heart of Bassin de Thau in Languedoc Roussillon. The Vigroux family has been working in viticulture since 1891. The vineyards in the Languedoc are therefore their cradle. Today it is Romain who, together with his wife Caroline, owns the 50 hectares of vineyards. Already the 5th generation! The soil consists of limestone and elegant wines with minerality are produced here. The cuvée Elle & Lui (her and him) is a selection of the best grapes that Romain and Caroline select together every year for this special cuvée.
