Mary and Stefano Cottini are now in charge of this family business. They work with great passion and dedication on their beautiful wines. Cultivating healthy grapes is done with great love and respect for traditions. An eye for nature is also extremely important. The Mandolan, Bosco, Carpané, Tondin and La Costa vineyards surround their company and home in Fumane. Here the vines are between 10 and 55 years old and grow according to the Pergola system with 3300 plants per hectare. In the new Ronchiel vineyard, the vines are planted according to the Guyot system with 4500 plants per hectare. In the soil of the vineyards we find clay mixed with gray limestone and tuff. This is a nice mix and the best for the vines. Because of this soil, the planting produces grapes of very high quality.
